What’s Included in Your Comfort Club Tune-Up:

• Check refrigerant levels and pressure
• Inspect and adjust thermostat
• Evaluate wiring, capacitors, and controls
• Examine evaporator coil for dirt, growth, and proper tilt
• Water-wash the condenser coil
• Clear and water-test the condensate drain
• Inspect outdoor disconnect
• Examine condenser fan motor and blades
• Inspect blower motor bearings
• Observe compressor during startup
• Check electrical connections (furnace and condenser)
• Look for air leaks at plenum and start collars
• Remove debris from condenser area
• Inspect blower assembly
• Clean and adjust burners
• Evaluate heat exchanger
• Inspect gas pressure, flame, and check for leaks
• Test igniter or pilot light
• Inspect air filter
• Check airflow throughout the system
